What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order before it is confirmed by the vendor. Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. If your order is delayed or there's an issue from our end, you can reach out to Trenva Support for assistance. Orders canceled before confirmation are refunded directly into your Trenva Wallet.
Can other info be added to an invoice?

Yes. You can request that additional details such as your business name, tax ID, or contact information be added to your invoice during checkout or before order confirmation. After the order has been completed, invoice details cannot be changed.
How does billing work?

All payments on Trenva are processed securely. Your total bill includes:
- The cost of the product(s)
- Delivery charges (if any, based on location and vendor)
- Possible packaging or administrative charges if listed in the product description
How do I change my account email?
